1. Booking Agreement
○ By booking an in-home workshop with Warm Vibes, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit.

2. Deposit and Payments
○ Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
○ Full Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the scheduled workshop.
○ Failure to pay in full by the deadline may result in cancellation of the workshop without refund.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
○ Cancellation by the Client:
○ Cancellations made [insert timeframe, e.g., at least 7 days] before the event will forfeit the deposit but may reschedule within [insert timeframe, e.g., 90 days].
○ Cancellations made within [insert timeframe, 72 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
○ Rescheduling:
○ Clients may reschedule one time without penalty if notice is provided at least 5 days in advance.
○ Cancellation by Warm Vibes:
○ In the unlikely event Warm Vibes must cancel, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Travel and Location
○ Workshop Space:
○ The client must provide a clean, well-lit area with a flat surface, access to electricity, and running water.
○ Warm Vibes is not responsible for damages to property due to inadequate setup space.

5. Liability
○ Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop. Warm Vibes is not liable for injuries, burns, or accidents resulting from failure to adhere to instructions.
○ Warm Vibes is not responsible for damage or staining caused by candle materials (e.g., wax, dyes, fragrances) to property or clothing. Clients are advised to use protective coverings for surfaces and wear suitable clothing.

6. Workshop Materials and Intellectual Property
○ Warm Vibes provides all materials and tools required for the workshop.
○ All instructional content, branding, and workshop designs remain the intellectual property of Warm Vibes and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Photography and Media
○ Warm Vibes may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to be included, they must notify Warm Vibes in writing before the event.

8. Force Meijure
○ Warm Vibes is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client may reschedule without penalty.

9. Code of Conduct
○ Warm Vibes reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue the workshop if participants engage in behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Acceptance of Terms
○ By booking an in-home workshop with Warm Vibes, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
